32.5 hours, 40 weeks p.a.
(Monday – Friday 8.30am- 3.30pm, term time plus 2 weeks)

 

Plymouth CAST Multi-Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Senior Science Technician for its two secondary schools, Notre Dame Plymouth and St Boniface’s College. Supporting the Head of Science to deliver well planned practical lessons and overseeing the health and safety of the department as part of a small team of technicians, the successful candidate will be fundamental in ensuring that we as schools have happy and successful staff, delivering the best possible education to over 1000 students.

 

Experience and relevant qualifications in delivering the requirement under CLEAPS guidance is essential and full training on the practices in our schools will be provided on appointment. This post would equally suit a Senior Science Technician looking for a new challenge or an experienced Science Technician ready to progress in their career. School experience is essential.

 

The post involves working across 2 secondary schools located a few miles apart so a full driving licence and use of a vehicle is preferable.
